Education: Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance/ Forex) OR MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) OR ICWA / CA / CFA from recognized University / Institution Desirable: Certification in Treasury / Forex

Desired profile: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial corporate sector; out of which 2 years in treasury functions investment desk / liability management / forex derivatives Desirable: Experience in fund-raising/ institutional resources mobilization

Profile: Responsible for supporting the execution of Bank resource mobilization activities across domestic and international markets. This role focuses on transaction execution, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and compliance monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective fundraising aligned with institutional goals. Prepare and manage documentation for fundraising activities in coordination with legal, compliance, and external stakeholders. Support in tracking cost of borrowing across instruments. Support investor engagement activities including roadshows, meetings, and data sharing. Maintain and update SOPs and transaction records for audit and compliance. Coordinate with rating agencies for data submissions and review processes. Monitor covenant compliance and prepare periodic reports for internal review. Conduct market research to support investor targeting and pricing decisions. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely closure of transactions. Any other work assigned by Bank
