Assembly & Testing Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled Assembly & Testing Technicians to support manufacturing and production activities at our Halol Plant. The role involves assembling electronic modules, testing finished products, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies as per technical drawings
• Conduct functional testing of finished products
• Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware issues
• Ensure proper handling of PCBs, connectors, and wiring
• Maintain production and testing records
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Support packaging and dispatch activities when required
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ITI or Diploma in Electronics
• 1–2 years of experience in electronics assembly and testing
• Basic knowledge of PCB handling and electronic components
• Familiarity with testing tools (multimeter, power supply, etc.)
• Ability to read basic schematics and assembly instructions
• Good attention to detail and quality focus
