About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – IT with strong expertise in Darwinbox implementation and management . The role will be responsible for leading HRMS transformation, system integration, and ongoing optimization of the Darwinbox platform across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Darwinbox implementation , including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and business teams to understand system requirements and workflows
- Manage system configuration, modules, and integrations with third-party applications
- Ensure smooth data migration, validation, and system accuracy
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Darwinbox-related queries and enhancements
- Drive system upgrades, new module rollouts, and process automation initiatives
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and conduct training sessions for end-users
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in Darwinbox HRMS implementation and support
- Good understanding of HR processes (payroll, attendance, performance, recruitment, etc.)
- Experience in system integration, APIs, and data migration
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling large-scale HRMS implementations
- Prior exposure to ERP/HRMS systems apart from Darwinbox is an added advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
