Job purpose
Provide a brief description of the general nature of the position; an overview of why the job exists;

- Maximize liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and optimize capital allocation while
ensuring strict compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Duties and responsibilities
List the primary job duties and responsibilities using headings and then give examples of the
types of activities under each heading.
- Direct Cash Flow: Formulate and execute cash management strategies to optimize
working capital across all business units.
- Forecast Liquidity: Oversee short- and long-term cash forecasting models to ensure
funding adequacy.
- FX Risk Management: Design and execute hedging policies to protect margins against
volatile Foreign Exchange (FX) movements.
- Interest Rate Hedging: Manage interest rate risks on corporate borrowings through
derivative instruments.
- Bank Relationship Management: Lead negotiations and maintain strategic relationships
with domestic and international banks.
- Secure Credit Lines: Arrange, structure, and negotiate competitive commercial banking
credit facilities.
- Trade Operations: Oversee trade finance activities including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank
Guarantees (BGs), and export-import documentation
- Internal Controls: Implement robust internal control frameworks to prevent fraud and
ensure operational compliance
Qualifications
State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the

Qualifications include:
 Chartered Accountant with min 5 years of experience in handling treasury for multi-
international company
 Knowledge of FX hedging especially with INR Context.

