Fleet Executive
Job Summary:
The Fleet Executive plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the
organization’s fleet operations. This position is responsible for ensuring
that vehicles are maintained efficiently, operated safely, and utilized
effectively to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety
regulations and company policies.

Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle
utilization and reduce operational costs.

Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all fleet
vehicles are in safe, working condition.

Analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions as necessary.

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for vehicle procurement,
maintenance, and disposal.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including
tracking fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.

Train and supervise drivers, ensuring adherence to safe driving practices
and company policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
