Relationship Manager - Non-Resident Indian (RM NRI)
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for Non-Resident Indians (RM NRI) serves as a
strategic partner to our valuable NRI clients, providing expert financial
advice and tailored banking solutions. This role impacts the organization by
enhancing client relationships, driving retention, and contributing to the
overall growth of our NRI portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with NRI clients to understand their
financial needs and offer suitable banking products.

Provide timely and relevant financial advice, including investment
opportunities, wealth management, and cross-border banking solutions.

Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless account opening,
servicing, and ongoing relationship management for NRI customers.

Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on trends affecting NRIs,
to keep clients informed and engaged.

Resolve any client issues or queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a
high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on financial strategies,
products, and market updates.

Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and by identifying
upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
MBA is preferred.

Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, specifically with
NRI clientele in banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management principles,
and cross-border banking regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building
long-term relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios
effectively.
