Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning
business objectives with employees and management in designated business
units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human
resource-related issues, enhancing business performance through strategic HR
initiatives and fostering a work environment that promotes organizational
culture and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive
organizational effectiveness.

Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR practices, policies, and
procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Facilitate talent management processes, including talent acquisition,
performance management, and succession planning.

Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and
implement change management initiatives.

Lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of open
communication and employee recognition.

Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and coaching to both
employees and management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

5+ years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years as
an HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR analytics
is a plus.
