Area Sales Manager - Site Services

Job Purpose:

To generate and grow revenue for the service business by identifying customer needs, developing new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and converting service enquiries into profitable orders site services

Key Responsibilities:

•   Generate new business opportunities for site services.

•   Identify potential customers through plant visits, maintenance teams, EPCs and contractors.

•   Generate and qualify leads and convert them into service enquiries.

•   Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for scope definition, costing and proposal preparation.

•   Ensure enquiry-to-order conversion and achievement of sales targets.

•   Maintain CRM/ERP records and MIS reports.

•   Conduct regular customer visits and relationship building.

•   Negotiate commercial terms as per company policy.

•   Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

•   Track competitor activities and submit market analysis.

•   Promote cross-selling of multiple services.

•   Ensure customer satisfaction and grievance closure

GOOD TO HAVE skills:

TECHNICAL

• Experience in shutdown services, in-situ machining, bolting ( torquing and tensioning ). Mechanical ,fabrication ,Piping services knowledge will be added advantage.
