Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executives who are passionate about recruitment and stakeholder management. The role involves end-to-end recruitment delivery, client coordination, and maintaining high-quality hiring standards. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions • Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases • Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate pipelines • Client interaction to understand hiring needs and role specifications • Managing offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate onboarding • Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports • Ensuring timely closures with quality hiring Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment • Experience in agency recruitment preferred • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work on multiple roles and meet deadlines • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset How to Apply Reply / Connect: miloni@upman.in LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/upman-placements/
