C. Key Result Areas

Conduct the following investigations

· Life Claim Investigation [Individual + Group]

· Health Claim Investigation

· HNI Investigations – all lines

· Risk Investigations [ Pre-Issuance & Post Issuance]

· Document Procurement

· POS [Annuity payout related] Investigation.

· Whistle-blower investigations

· Diagnostic Centre Mystery shopping
