Job Summary:
Shinhan Bank is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Credit Retail Manager / Assistant Manager at its Delhi branch. The ideal candidate should have prior banking experience in retail credit with strong expertise in loan assessment and credit analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess retail loan applications (Car Loan, Home Loan, Personal Loan).

Conduct detailed credit appraisal and financial analysis.

Analyze income documents, bank statements, CIBIL reports, and repayment capacity.

Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.

Prepare credit notes and maintain proper documentation.

Monitor portfolio quality and assist in risk mitigation.

Candidate Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in Retail Credit with a Bank (mandatory).

Strong experience in Home Loan & Car Loan assessment.

Good understanding of credit underwriting and risk evaluation.

Experience with Indian banks preferred (No Korean Bank background).

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Candidate should be able to join within 15–30 days.

Male candidates preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of RBI regulations.

Familiarity with credit scoring systems and banking software.

Ability to handle volumes efficiently.
