Key Roles &Responsibilities
· Plan and drive the organization-wide wellness
calendar and initiatives (physical, mental, preventive health).
· Design and implement wellness programs, workshops,
campaigns, and engagement activities.
· Conduct employee need assessments and continuously
refine offerings based on feedback and data.
· Partner with HR, business teams, insurers, and
external vendors for seamless execution.
· Drive employee participation and engagement through
effective communication and campaigns.
· Track and report wellness metrics (participation,
impact, outcomes) and ensure program effectiveness.
· Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and program
delivery standards.
· Stay updated on wellness trends and best practices
and introduce relevant initiatives.
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
• Post graduate qualification in Human Resources /
Social Sciences / Organizational Development
• Certifications or formal exposure to DEI / Disability
Inclusion will be an added advantage
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills
• 8–10 years experience in HR / wellness / employee
engagement / program management.
• Prior experience in managing corporate wellness or
employee experience initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management
skills.
• Ability to drive high employee engagement and
execution excellence.
• Data orientation with the ability to track and
present impact.
