ROLE PURPOSE
The Club Manager owns the day-to-day experience and smooth functioning of Court Society.
You connect Members, Sport, Wellness, Food & Drink, Membership, Hosting and Operations, ensuring every part of the Club works together seamlessly.
This is a hands-on and highly visible role. You will spend most of your time across the Club — with members and teams — ensuring the House feels welcoming, well-run and effortless.
You are not expected to be the functional expert in every department. Your role is to ensure teams deliver well, communicate effectively and create one consistent Club experience.
WHAT YOU OWN

HOW YOU WORK
The functional teams own their disciplines. You own how those disciplines come together for the member.
A member moving from padel to recovery, lunch and a meeting should feel they are experiencing one Club, not multiple departments.
When something goes wrong, do not pass the member around. Own the relationship, coordinate internally and ensure the issue is resolved.
