Dispatch Supervisor/Officer

Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day dispatch and loading operations to ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of precast concrete products. The role includes truck planning, product verification, loading coordination, SAP updates, dispatch documentation, stockyard management, and coordination with HO and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Plan and supervise daily truck allocation, loading, and dispatch as per dispatch targets.
•
Coordinate with HO for Pick List, Advice List, dispatch changes, and SAP updates.
•
Ensure availability and readiness of Crane, Hydra, Forklift, and other loading equipment.
•
Verify products, quantities, dimensions, accessories, and vehicle suitability before loading.
