Purpose of Job:
Piramal Finance, as a commitment to serve all lending needs of consumers of
“Bharat” is hiring Branch Collection Manager. Incumbent will be responsible
for managing the collection team within the assigned geography to achieve
collection efficiency, control delinquency, and maintain portfolio quality
while ensuring strict adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and
ethical collection practices.

Essential Qualifications:
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field
Essential Experience:

4-6 years of experience in field collections within NBFC / Banking / BFSI.

Hands-on experience in handling assigned collection portfolio across current
and overdue buckets.

Experience in achieving monthly collection and recovery targets.
-
Working knowledge of collection systems, mobile collection apps, and basic
MIS updates.

Understanding of RBI guidelines and ethical collection practices.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of collection officers / field executives
to achieve collection targets.

Allocate portfolios, set daily/monthly targets, and track individual and
team productivity.

Drive collections across early, mid, and late delinquency buckets.

Ensure strict adherence to collection SOPs, RBI guidelines, and code of
conduct.

Handle escalated and sensitive customer cases and support team negotiations.

Monitor agency performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and review meetings with the
team.

Analyze delinquency trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with Legal for recovery actions, notices, and escalations.

Ensure accurate MIS reporting, portfolio tracking, and audit readiness.

Maintain customer experience while ensuring strong recovery outcomes.
