Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Repo Manager to manage repossession, recovery, and repo sale operations for delinquent loan accounts. The role involves handling the end-to-end repo sale process, vendor coordination, auctions, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle end-to-end Repo Sale process from repossession to final closure
•Monitor Repo Portal and ensure alerts/communications are sent to existing customers based on defined logic
•Conduct fortnightly yard auctions by inviting interested customers and ensuring on-the-spot sales through STP / Cash
•Drive sale of repossessed assets to end users by executing WhatsApp campaigns, BM–RM mapping, and local outreach initiatives
•Liaise with Tractor Junction and corporate RTO agents for smooth RTO transfer and documentation of repo sale cases
•Manage inventory of repossessed assets, including yard stock and movement tracking
•Coordinate with repossession agencies, auction partners, and field teams
•Ensure repossession and sale activities are conducted in compliance with RBI, SARFAESI, and company policies
•Track recovery performance, repo sale conversion, and prepare MIS reports
•Handle customer negotiations, settlements, and escalations related to repossession and repo sale
 

Candidate Profile:
•Graduate (post-graduate preferred)
•5–7 years of experience in Repossession, Recovery, and Repo Sale operations
•Strong understanding of repo auctions, inventory management, and RTO processes
•Experience in handling auto/tractor/LAP portfolios preferred
•Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
•Willingness to travel for yard visits and auctions
