Purpose of this role 

• Ensure business is analysed for major efficiency parameters on proactive basis
  • trip wise pnl budgeting vs actual (to be ready before drivers are settled for each trip)
  • invoicing should not wait for trip completion, but be done in trip start and shared with the client and for any discrepancies debit notes/credit notes can be issued 
  • better system implementation
  • run SCM initiatives and track projects - like workshop, new  fleet , CNG vs diesel
