Role Summary
The XOPS will play a crucial role in our Information Technology department, driving the implementation of
advanced cloud solutions, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, and leading cross-functional teams. They
will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud architecture, optimizing data analytics processes,
and fostering an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced cloud architectures to support our IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security of our systems through the application of cybersecurity best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects using agile methodologies.
Develop and maintain robust data analytics and visualization solutions.
Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
Mentor and guide team members in adopting best practices and technologies.

Candidate Profile
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5-9 years of relevant experience in IT.
Proven expertise in advanced SQL.
Strong background in cloud architecture and solutions.
Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and their implementation.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization techniques.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

languages (Python, Bash), Understanding of cybersecurity principles, Experience with data analytics
tools.
