Job Summary

Seeking seasoned FICO Developer with strong hands-on experience in FICO Customer Decision Engine (CDE) and FICO Blaze Advisor / Decision Modeler. The role involves end-to-end design, development, and deployment of real-time credit decisioning solutions across Credit Cards and Personal Loan products to design, develop, and manage business rule–based decisioning solutions. The candidate will work closely with Policy, Credit, Risk, Product, and IT teams to translate Policy & Business strategies into scalable, compliant, and high-performance decisioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor & DM

·        Implement credit eligibility, policy checks, bureau-based decisioning, scorecards, and reason codes

·        Configure and manage decision flows, strategy trees, and action lists in FICO CDE

·        Develop and maintain business rules, rule sets, and decision tables in FICO Blaze Advisor

·        Support end-to-end Loan Origination System (LOS) decision stages

·        Integrate Blaze Advisor with LOS, bureau APIs, and third-party services

·        Create and execute unit test cases and UAT scenarios

·        Support UAT, regression testing, and production deployments

·        Strong SQL skills for rule validation and analysis

·        Experience in Java/J2EE enterprise environments

·        Experience with bureau-based decisioning and scorecards

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
