About the role
Candidate should have personal rapport with at least 20-25 good System
Integrators in every metro where he/she can contact and introduce our
products on an immediate basis. Ofcourse, candidate’s product training etc
we will do at our end. But once they are trained they should be able to tap
their contacts and get going.
Sharing just a few names of SIs who would be our target customers : Online
instruments, Sigma AVIT, Ideas Ahead, AVID, Vega, Resurgent, Vantage
systems, etc.
All above names are
only for illustration purposes
so that we all understand the requirement and quality of manpower we
are looking for
Role Requirements
- Experience working with System Integrator (SI) partners.
- Strong solution sales background.
- Compensation will be based on the candidate's current salary and market standards.
- No Poach from Savex & Rashi
Technical Knowledge
Good working knowledge in the following areas :
- Professional AV
- Dante, NDI
- AV over IP deployments
- HDMI & USB-C extenders
- Digital Signage
- Videowall & Multiview deployment
- Teams/Zoom Meeting Room Systems
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and project support.
Preferred Certifications
- Dante Level 1 - 3
- AVIXA CTS or CTS-I
