Boiler Engineer – Precast Factory

Experience: 3–5 Years
Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical
Industry: Precast / Concrete Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems and related equipment.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted boiler operations as per production requirements.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and other operating parameters.
• Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of boiler equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot boiler-related operational and mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Maintain boiler operation logs, maintenance records, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices around the boiler area.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in boiler operation/maintenance, preferably in a precast, concrete, manufacturing, or industrial plant or any other industry .
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Ability to handle breakdowns and basic troubleshooting independently.
