Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth in our laminate division through strategic channel and project sales. This position is vital for identifying and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to expand our market presence and ensure the successful delivery of our products to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market share in the laminate industry.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential channel partners and project clients to enhance distribution and sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our laminate products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management that communicate progress and highlight areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products and attract new business leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in channel and project sales, preferably within the laminate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building sustainable client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client and project demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in identifying and managing key accounts and sales channels.
- Knowledge of laminate products and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
