Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and monitoring the batching plant and concrete mixing process to produce concrete as per approved mix designs and production requirements. The role includes plant operation, material management, equipment checks, routine maintenance, cleaning, quality monitoring, and safe handling of raw materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the batching plant and control system as per approved mix design and production requirements.

• Manage batching of cement, aggregates, sand, water, and admixtures as per production orders.

• Monitor concrete mixing, quality, quantity, and process parameters .

• Conduct routine checks of mixer, conveyors, silos, hopper, TMD, PLC, and other equipment .

• Perform scheduled cleaning, lubrication, oiling, greasing, servicing, and calibration .

• Supervise batching plant and mixer cleaning activities and maintain required records.

• Monitor raw material availability, receiving, and safe unloading of cement and lime.

• Report equipment breakdowns and material shortages to the concerned departments.

• Maintain production, maintenance, and cleaning records accurately.

• Ensure compliance with SOP, quality, safety, and environmental standards .
