HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager — Factory Operations (Ghana)
Location: Ghana
Experience: 10+ years
Compensation: USD 1200–1500 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for our manufacturing facility in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to plant/factory environments, proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions, and the ability to support ISO audits and compliance while building a disciplined, people-focused work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage factory HR operations: manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances.
• Act as HR business partner to the Plant Head and functional leaders.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support ISO audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Track attrition and workforce stability and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage contract labor and vendor coordination as required.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR experience , with at least recent  5+ years in a manufacturing/plant environment .
• Demonstrated stability and long tenure in previous roles.

Preferred Attributes

• Ability to independently manage end-to-end factory-level HR operations.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Working Days/Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Leave: One month paid leave with tickets every 2 years
