• Identify customer pain points and design simple digital solutions.
• Own product delivery from concept to launch.
• Work closely with technology, UX, analytics, operations and business teams.
• Drive product adoption and customer experience improvements.
• Explore practical applications of AI across customer journeys and internal processes.
• Lead a team of digital product managers.

What we're looking for

• 7-10 years of experience in digital product management or banking digitization.
• Experience with onboarding journeys, digital banking platforms or business apps.
• Strong understanding of product development and technology delivery.
• Exposure to AI-led solutions and emerging technologies.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
