ROLE OVERVIEW
This position will lead business growth, team performance, and portfolio quality across the state. The role combines sales excellence, strategic expansion, and initial-bucket collection ownership to drive sustainable profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales through direct sourcing channels, builder tie-ups, and connectors.
- Deliver state targets on disbursements, yield, and portfolio quality.
- Lead, mentor, and energize a high-performing sales team across clusters / branches.
- Own collections of initial buckets (i.e up to 18 EMIs).
- Ensure strong market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and new geography expansion.
- Promote digital adoption for faster turnaround and superior customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and motivate cluster / branch level sales personnel, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
