Qualification & Requirements

1.Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

2.Minimum 15 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Management, and Team Handling.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

4. Experience in managing large sales teams and branch operations.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and sales analytics.

6. Language Requirements: Punjabi, Hindi, and English.

7. Candidate should preferably belong to Haryana region and have experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across assigned territories.

2. Manage and develop channel partners, distributors, and retailers.

3. Lead, mentor, and monitor branch teams to improve performance and productivity.

4. Ensure effective implementation of company policies, schemes, and business strategies.

5. Review sales performance, market trends, competition, and customer requirements regularly.

6. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.

7. Strengthen channel relationships and expand market coverage.

8. Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and sales planning.

9. Prepare periodic MIS reports and present business updates to management.

10. Ensure achievement of business objectives, profitability, and operational excellence.
