Fraud Investigation Officer

·         Strong FRM / investigation domain expertise:
Candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in Fraud Risk Management, fraud investigations, field verification, and forensic fact-finding within banking / financial services operations .

·         Willingness to travel extensively:
The incumbent must be open to extensive travel across Odisha and nearby locations based on case requirements, branch incidents, customer complaints, and fraud triggers.

·         On-ground investigation capability:
Should be comfortable conducting spot investigations, branch visits, customer / staff interviews, vendor checks, and field-level evidence gathering to establish facts objectively.

·         Timely closure of investigations:
Must demonstrate the ability to complete investigations within defined timelines , ensuring minimal pendency and prompt escalation of critical findings.

·         Accurate fact-finding and conclusion:
Should be capable of arriving at fact-based, well-reasoned, and legally defensible conclusions , supported by documentary evidence, system trails, and field observations.

·         Strong report-writing skills:
Must have the ability to prepare clear, concise, and structured investigation reports covering allegations, findings, accountability, root cause, and recommendations .

·         Local market familiarity:
Prior exposure to the Odisha market, local language familiarity, and understanding of regional business practices will be a strong advantage for faster and more effective investigations.
