Job role:

Key Deliverables:

• SAP S4 HANA Support for PP, PM module.

• Designing and implementing end to end Process order lifecycle management

• Should be able to understand user requirement, translate it to system specification, identify the impacted SOP, test the scenarios, and deliver functionality to users.

• SLA Response and quick resolution to daily SAP issues & escalations.

• Knowledge of Module Pool, LSMW, BAPI’s etc.

• Execution and monitoring of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance processes, ensuring timely closure of maintenance notifications and orders.

• Supporting PP/PM cycle activities during month-end, including order settlement, variance analysis, and process confirmations.

• Assisting in periodic master-data reviews and harmonization activities to maintain data accuracy across PP/PM functions.

Skill Requirements:

• Understanding of Pharma Industry nuances from PP and PM perspective.

• Hands on experience in configuring/ defining the following in PP/PM module: BoM Preparation, Recipe Creation, Release Strategy, Equipment Creation, Scheduling and etc.

• Support experience with Production and Manufacturing Team, Plant users like QA team, and Engineering team.

• Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC and API Integration.

• Good Knowledge of SAP Master Data and Worked on integration with other modules like WM, FI, SD, QM, MM.

• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and propose permanent fixes for recurring issues in PP/PM.

• Strong documentation skills for preparing functional specs, test scripts, and user training material.

• Familiarity with validation, audit, and compliance needs (GMP) within regulated manufacturing environments.
