About the Role
Looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – MIS to drive data-led business insights across key lending and business functions. The role will be responsible for analysing business performance, developing MIS and dashboards, supporting incentive calculations, and translating data into actionable insights for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly MIS covering business performance, disbursement, delinquency and other key business metrics.
- Analyse disbursement trends, portfolio performance, delinquency and collection data to identify business insights and trends.
- Prepare and validate employee/branch incentive calculations with a high degree of accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports for business and leadership teams.
- Perform data extraction, transformation and analysis using SQL and Python.
- Develop advanced Excel-based models, reports and analytical dashboards for business decision-making.
- Work closely with Business, Credit, Operations, Collections, Finance and other functions to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and process-level issues and work with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Analyse key stages of the NBFC lending lifecycle, including sourcing, sanction, disbursement, portfolio performance and delinquency.
- Provide actionable insights and ad-hoc analysis to support management reviews and business decisions.
- Drive automation and standardisation of recurring MIS and reporting processes.
