Key Roles &Responsibili􀆟es
Business Growth & Por􀆞olio Management
 Drive new business acquisi􀆟on and renewal reten􀆟on for corporate insurance products
 Achieve premium and profitability targets
 Oversee por􀆞olio quality, risk management, and loss ra􀆟o performance
Rela􀆟onship Management
 Build and manage strong rela􀆟onships with large corporate clients and brokers
 Act as senior escala􀆟on point for key accounts and strategic partnerships
 Strengthen broker engagement to increase wallet share and business pipelines
Service Delivery
 Ensure 􀆟mely and effec􀆟ve service delivery to corporate clients
 Oversee resolu􀆟on of complex service and claims-related escala􀆟ons
 Drive client sa􀆟sfac􀆟on and reten􀆟on across the region
Cross-func􀆟onal Collabora􀆟on
 Work closely with underwri􀆟ng, claims, opera􀆟ons
 Ensure alignment between business goals and underwri􀆟ng/risk appe􀆟te
Key Requirements – Educa􀆟on & Cer􀆟ficates
 Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
 6-8 years of experience in commercial / corporate insurance
 Prior experience managing large corporate accounts and broker-driven business

 Strong leadership and people management skills
 Proven rela􀆟onship management and nego􀆟a􀆟on capability
 Strategic thinking with strong business and financial acumen
