What You'll Do

✅ Lead teams of chemists and scientists executing discovery chemistry programs for global clients

✅ Drive synthetic route design, execution, purification, characterisation, and delivery of complex molecules

✅ Foster innovation, scientific problem-solving, and continuous improvement in synthesis strategies and project execution

✅ Deliver high-quality, cutting-edge science with speed, productivity, and excellence while meeting client expectations

✅ Develop and mentor high-performing teams to achieve outstanding delivery and scientific excellence

✅ Build strong client relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration

✅ Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams while ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction

✅ Optimize resource utilization, improve operational efficiency, and maintain cost-effective project delivery

✅ Support business growth through proactive project management and client engagement

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and route design

✔ Proven experience managing discovery chemistry projects in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment

✔ Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing scientific teams

✔ Passion for scientific innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence
