| Job description |
| Role & responsibilities: |
| 1 Support achievement of MEP order booking targets through bid support, techno-commercial inputs and pre-bid planning. |
| 2 Lead execution planning for awarded MEP projects and ensure alignment with approved business and delivery objectives. |
| 3 Drive revenue realization through timely execution, billing support, variation management and claim follow-ups. |
| 4 Implement value engineering initiatives during pre-bid and post-bid stages to optimize MEP costs and designs. |
| 5 Ensure preparation, approval and adherence to internal project execution and mobilization plans. |
| 6 Deliver MEP works as per approved internal project plans, master schedules and contractual milestones. |
| 7 Ensure timely testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems in coordination with project teams. |
| 8 Ensure availability, approval and timely closure of MEP designs, shop drawings and as-built documentation. |
| 9 Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal design teams to proactively resolve engineering and execution issues. |
| 10 Monitor and control project costs through budget tracking and cost optimization initiatives. |
| 11 Ensure adherence to planned cash flows and support improvement in receivable and debtor cycles. |
| 12 Monitor inventory levels and material planning to optimize inventory holding days. |
| 13 Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, subcontractors and key resources across MEP projects. |
| 14 Implement project quality and EHS plans, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and safety requirements. |
| 15 Develop MEP teams and vendor networks, and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships. |
