About the role
Production Support:
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify performance, stability,
and availability issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support for .NET, Angular, and SSIS-based applications.
• Having 2-4 years of experience in Production Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and
implement long-term fixes.
• Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth
production operations.
CI/CD/Monitoring & Release Management
:
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET and Angular
applications using tools like Bitbucket.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for backend services, web
frontends, and SSIS packages.
• Coordinate code releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes across staging
and production environments.
• Integrate unit testing, code quality checks, and security scans into the
pipeline.
• Alerting mechanisms using tool Datadog and Knowledge of Bitbucket.
