Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pharma Recruiter who has hands-on exposure in hiring for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences roles. The candidate should be well-versed with end-to-end recruitment and have strong stakeholder coordination skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences roles

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) , referrals, and databases

• Hire for roles such as Medical Representative, Sales & Marketing, QA/QC, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research , etc.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews , and assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases

• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups

• Ensure compliance with hiring timelines and quality benchmarks

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of experience in Pharma / Healthcare recruitment

• Strong understanding of pharma roles, terminology, and industry structure

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and recruitment reporting

 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in bulk and niche pharma hiring

• Exposure to plant-level and corporate pharma hiring

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
