Cluster Manager - Bancassurance

Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager for Bancassurance at PNB MetLife will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our bancassurance channel. This role involves leading a team to build strong relationships with partner banks, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance the bancassurance channel.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of relationship managers to maximize their performance and productivity.
Foster strong partnerships with bank officials to facilitate effective collaboration and drive business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards.
Design and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Manage the budget and resources effectively to ensure optimal operational performance within the assigned cluster.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of bancassurance models and banking operations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, driving high performance through effective coaching and feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
