Plant Manager - IVC
Job Summary:
The Plant Manager for our IVC facility will oversee all operations within the
plant, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards
of quality and safety. This leadership role is critical for driving
efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our CKN
processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production
processes and adherence to safety regulations.

Develop and implement operational strategies to boost productivity and
reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to drive performance
improvements and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management
and inventory control.

Oversee team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities
to enhance employee skills and engagement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory
requirements within all manufacturing operations.

Prepare and manage the plant's budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns
with business goals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related
field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar managerial role within
a manufacturing environment, particularly in CKN processing.

Strong knowledge of production machinery, processes, and technologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire teams.
