Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and
market share within the assigned area office. This position involves crafting
and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize commercial
success while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve overall area office Retail Sales targets, including AUM targets and
market share, through strategic sales planning.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current and future product
requirements based on client visits and feedback.

Develop a strategic layout for potential mapping of the area office,
ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Meet and exceed sales targets collaboratively set by your reporting manager
and adapt to changing goals.

Maintain and enhance relationships with both potential and existing clients
within your territory.

Provide exceptional servicing and after-sales support to ensure client
satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
