Billing & QS (Kharicut)

Location: Kharicut, Gujarat 
Experience: 8–13 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering 
Language: Gujarati preferred 

Job Responsibilities 
• Prepare and verify project bills, RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements as per project requirements. 
• Handle quantity take-off, rate analysis, BOQ, and cost estimation for civil works.
 • Verify contractor/subcontractor bills against BOQ, drawings, measurements, and actual site work. 
• Coordinate with the site execution, engineering, and project teams for measurements and billing.
 • Maintain measurement books (MB), billing records, work orders, and supporting documents. 
• Track project quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations from the approved BOQ. 
• Assist in client billing, subcontractor billing, reconciliation, and certification.
• Prepare MIS reports related to project costs, billing, quantities, and work progress.
 • Ensure billing documentation is accurate and submitted within the required timelines. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for billing and commercial matters.

 Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Civil Quantity Surveying and Billing. • Good understanding of BOQ, BBS, rate analysis, measurements, and quantity estimation.
• Experience in infrastructure / civil construction / EPC projects will be preferred. • Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing/estimation software. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Gujarati language proficiency is preferred due to the project location. Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced Billing / Quantity Surveyor with 8–13 years of relevant civil construction experience, who can independently manage project billing, quantity estimation, measurements, BOQ, and contractor/client billing activities.
