About the Role: 
We are seeking an experienced AI specialist to lead the development and deployment of AI 
applications across sirrus as an organisation. The role augments defining strategic priorities, 
manage a team of AI, machine learning and data science specialists, and ensure AI supports 
long-term business goals. Core responsibilities include overseeing research and 
experimentation, aligning AI use cases with product and commercial strategy, guiding model 
governance, and reporting to executive stakeholders. The profile also need to work across 
engineering, legal, and operations to manage risk and compliance. 
Key Responsibilities: 
The head of AI leads the strategy, development, and governance of AI systems across the 
business. Responsibilities typically include: 
• Setting vision and roadmap for AI use cases and platform capabilities. 
• Managing teams across research, AI Engineering, and AI/MLOps functions. 
• Overseeing deployment of AI models into production environments. 
• Aligning AI initiatives with product and business goals. 
• Ensuring ethical and compliant use of AI and data. 
• Evaluating and selecting AI tooling, vendors, and infrastructure. 
• Driving innovation through partnerships, pilots, and emerging tech. 
• Reporting AI outcomes and ROI to executive leadership. 
• Leading recruitment and capability development across AI functions. 
• Collaborating with stakeholders across product, data, legal, and engineering teams. 
Required Qualifications & Skills: 
• Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science or related field from one of the premier 
ins tutes in India/Abroad. IIT/IIIT/ISI/RECs would be preferred. 
• 10 - 15 years of experience with 5+ years in the AI Technical and Solu on architecture. 
• Strong exper se in ML, deep learning, and Genera ve AI is a must. 
• Deep exper se in integra ng and training Large Language Models (LLMs), Large 
Mul modal Models (LMMs), Small Language Models (SLMs). 
• Proven experience deploying enterprise-scale agen c AI systems including Model 
Context Protocol (MCP) client-host architecture. 
• Experience in Agen c Calling, Mul modal Agents including vernacular support for 
Indian languages would be an added plus. 
• In-depth understanding of AI governance and ethics. 
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, including emo onal nuance, character 
consistency, and cinema c mo on control for persona mapping/cloning solu ons. 
• Experience in training or fine-tuning AI/ML models for real estate construc on and 
BIM design solu ons. 
• Hands-on experience with AI Agen c calling, including Vernacular and English 
language support. 
• Clear understanding of AI limita ons and effec ve workarounds to avoid uncanny or 
inconsistent results to avoid hallucina ons.  
• Experience performing AI-specific quality control, including fixing gesture issues, 
con nuity problems, unnatural movements, and audio-visual mismatches. 
• Ability to balance crea ve vision with technical constraints in fast-evolving AI 
environments. 
• Knowledgeable in using CI/CD tools and DevOps technologies like Docker Kubernetes, 
and Microservices with Cloud environments like AWS/Azure/GCP. 
• Exposure to Real Estate Technology pla orms including Construc on Management is 
preferred. 
• Broad, opera onal knowledge of applica on servers, databases, load balancers and 
other infrastructure components required to deploy web applica ons in a highly 
available and scalable environment. 
• Acquainted to mul ple SQL, NoSQL, Vector, and Graph database technologies such as 
MongoDB, Couchbase, Cassandra, Redis, Neo4J, Oracle, SQL Server, Qdrant, Milvus, 
Pinecone, ChromaDB, etc. 
• A strong founda on in developing AI applica ons and products suppor ng desktop, 
mobile, and tablet is a must. 
• Adept at using design tools such as Diagrams.net, Lucidchart, PlantUML, Mermaid etc.
