| Job description |
| Roles & Responsibilities: |
| 1 Lead and manage end-to-end MEP execution including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and firefighting works for assigned projects. |
| 2 Plan, execute and monitor MEP activities in line with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. |
| 3 Coordinate with Head Office teams, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth MEP execution. |
| 4 Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements and building codes for all MEP works. |
| 5 Track MEP project timelines, milestones and deliverables in alignment with the master construction program. |
| 6 Monitor MEP costs, budgets and material consumption to ensure cost control and avoid overruns. |
| 7 Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems as per approved procedures and standards. |
| 8 Ensure readiness for inspections, approvals and final handover of MEP systems to clients. |
| 9 Review and approve MEP shop drawings, method statements and technical submittals prior to execution. |
| 10 Coordinate with civil, finishing and façade teams to ensure seamless interface and clash-free execution. |
| 11 Manage deployment, operation and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment related to MEP works. |
| 12 Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems and equipment. |
| 13 Diagnose MEP breakdowns, system failures and execution issues, and ensure timely corrective actions. |
| 14 Monitor quality of MEP works and ensure closure of observations in coordination with QA/QC teams. |
| 15 Participate in project review meetings and report MEP progress, risks and mitigation measures to management. |
