Accountant with Manufacturing Experience
Job Summary:
The Accountant with Manufacturing Experience will play a crucial role in
managing financial processes and ensuring compliance within our manufacturing
division. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can
analyze financial data and contribute to strategic business decisions that

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for
manufacturing operations.

compliance with accounting standards.

Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze variance reports to identify
inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Utilize Tally software to process financial transactions, manage ledgers,
and streamline reporting activities.

Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to provide financial
insights that support operational strategies.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed cost
analysis for manufacturing projects.

Maintain and update accounting procedures and policies in alignment with
regulatory changes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of detailed accounting experience, preferably in a
manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Tally accounting software; experience with ERP systems is a
plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
