Regional Head – Credit Life
Job Summary:
The Regional Head – Credit Life plays a vital leadership role in driving the
growth and performance of our Credit Life insurance portfolio across assigned
regions. This position is responsible for developing strategic initiatives,
managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding
services to clients, thereby contributing to the overall success of our
organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance market share and
profitability of Credit Life products.

Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering a
high-performance culture and ensuring continuous development.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks,
financial institutions, and partners to optimize distribution channels.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting
strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.

Oversee the customer experience journey, ensuring that all client
interactions reflect the company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting
achievements and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
a master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3
years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of Credit Life insurance products and regulatory
frameworks influencing the industry.

Proven track record of successful sales and marketing strategies in
insurance or financial services.

Preferred Qualifications:
