| Job Title | Sr Engineer / Assist Manager – Management Systems |
| Reporting To | HOD – Quality / Management Representative (MR) |
| Location | Satelite forging at Manesar (Plant) |
| Purpose of the Role | To maintain, monitor, and improve all management systems, ensure certification compliance, and effectively coordinate customer and certification body audits, supporting continual improvement across the organization. |
| Experience Requirement | 5–7 years hands-on experience in manufacturing / automotive industry |
| Prior exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems is essential | |
| Qualifications | BE / BTech / Diploma (Mechanical / Production preferred) |
| Lead Auditor qualification – preferred | |
| Key Responsibilities | |
| 1. Management Systems Maintenance | Maintain and update IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 documentation |
| Control manuals, procedures, SOPs, formats, and records | |
| Ensure implementation of system requirements across departments | |
| Monitor process compliance and system discipline | |
| Prepare for surveillance, recertification, and special audits | |
| Ensure timely closure of NCs, OFIs, and observations | |
| 3. Customer System Audits | Coordinate and participate in customer system audits |
| Prepare audit plans, evidence, and department-wise readiness | |
| Support departments during customer IATF / VDA / system audits | |
| Ensure timely corrective action closure and follow-up | |
| 4. Internal Audits & Compliance | Plan and conduct internal system audits |
| Track audit findings, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks | |
| Support management review meetings (MRM) with data & reports | |
| Monitor compliance to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA processes | |
| 5. Change Management & Risk-Based Thinking | Support ECN / system change control |
| Ensure updates in documents due to process / customer / system changes | |
| Promote risk-based thinking and process approach | |
| 6. Training & Awareness | Conduct system awareness training for employees |
| Support onboarding training on QMS & system requirements | |
| Ensure training records and effectiveness monitoring | |
| 7. MIS, Records & Continuous Improvement | Maintain system KPIs, audit trackers, and compliance dashboards |
| Identify gaps and support continual improvement initiatives | |
| Assist Quality Head / MR in system improvement projects | |
| Skills & Competencies | Strong understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements |
| Good documentation, analytical, and presentation skills | |
| Audit handling and coordination capability | |
| Good communication with cross-functional teams | |
| Practical, shop-floor-oriented mindset | |
