Area Manager Bancassurance

Job Summary:

The Area Manager Bancassurance plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our bancassurance division. This leadership position focuses on maximizing sales and enhancing relationships with banking partners to deliver exceptional insurance products to clients, ultimately impacting the organization's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of bancassurance sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth through effective collaboration with partner banks.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of our insurance products.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner banks to foster collaboration.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and detailed analytics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in bancassurance or financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of insurance products and regulations governing financial services.
