Senior Risk Manager

We are seeking an Risk Analyst who is eager to build a career in market, credit, operational (ORM), and liquidity risk management. This role offers hands-on exposure to risk modeling, stress testing, RCSA frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Experience: 2+ years

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

What You’ll Do:

Risk Analysis & Reporting – Assist in data aggregation, risk dashboards, and scenario analysis.

Market & Credit Risk Evaluation – Learn VaR, Expected Shortfall (ES), credit risk assessment, and stress testing.

Operational Risk & RCSA Support – Work on RCSA frameworks, cyber risk monitoring, and fraud prevention.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance – Understand Basel norms, RBI & SEBI regulations, and liquidity risk management.

🎯What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in financial risk management, ORM, treasury, or investment risk.

Basic knowledge of risk modeling, operational risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

Interest in RCSA, cyber risk, and financial fraud prevention.

Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

Mahesh - operations

Mahesh having total 5+ years of experience in operations, His day to day activities are doing logins of files by sales. He is mainly focused into customer services in complete insurance policy. His CTC in PNB was 4.9 and he is expecting 30% hike.

Sunil - Operations

He is currently serving as branch operations manager.

He was mainly focused into customer retentation, files logins, Insurance operations, CRM ETC.

He is having total 14 yrs of experience.

He worked in insurance, banking and financial industries. His current CTC is 6.17 CTC and expecting 30 % hike.

Mahesh – Operations
Mahesh has over 5 years of experience in operations . His day-to-day responsibilities include processing file logins initiated by the sales team and providing end-to-end customer service related to insurance policies.
His last drawn CTC at PNB was ₹4.9 LPA , and he is currently expecting a 30% hike .

Sunil – Operations
Sunil is currently working as a Branch Operations Manager . He has 14 years of experience across the insurance, banking, and financial services industries .
His key areas of focus include customer retention, file logins, insurance operations, CRM, and overall branch operations .
His current CTC is ₹6.17 LPA , and he is expecting a 30% hike .
