Regional Head Liabilities
Job Summary:
The Regional Head of Liabilities is responsible for overseeing and driving the
growth of the liabilities portfolio within the assigned region. This strategic
leadership role focuses on enhancing customer relationships, optimizing
product offerings, and ensuring compliance while contributing to the overall
profitability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the liabilities
portfolio, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, and other financial
products.

Lead and manage a team of relationship managers to foster strong client
engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for
product innovation and enhancement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and compliance,
to launch targeted campaigns and ensure regulatory adherence.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess portfolio
health and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
