· · Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

· Design, develop, review, and maintain enterprise applications.

· Drive architecture discussions and recommend best practices.

· Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development standards.

· Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, QA teams, and project managers.

· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.

· Mentor team members and support their technical growth.

· Estimate effort, manage technical risks, and ensure timely project delivery.

· Participate in production deployments and support activities.
