Regional Manager / Cluster Head - Ageas Federal Life Insurance
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager / Cluster Head will spearhead the strategic direction and
operational oversight of multiple locations in the West region. This pivotal
role is designed to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a
high-performance culture while ensuring that Ageas Federal Life Insurance
continues to deliver exceptional value to its customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales targets and
enhance market presence.

Lead and mentor a diverse team of insurance agents, ensuring high engagement
and productivity.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for growth and improvement.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and
distribution partners.

optimize team performance.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies
in all regional operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in insurance sales or management roles,
with a proven track record of success.

team.
