ESB and API Administrator

·      Parodic Review and Analyze services / API for existing deployments

·        Health check, Performance monitoring & tuning to ensure uptime.

·        Administration, deployment, management and support of all environments.

·        Reporting, Resolution / closure and RCA documentation of the issues

·        Recommending best practices and optimum utilization of resources (infrastructure / hardware / Network / licenses) available.

·        Ensuring consistency between DC & DR environment. Back up and restoration in DR servers on periodic basis and whenever there is new production deployment

·        Recommending and updating the patches as and when required

·        Logs/database monitoring and periodic purging.

·        Maintaining deployment log with history.

·        Closure of security findings reported in periodic security reviews.

·        Coordination and communication with internal & external teams.

·        Carrying out installations if required.
